At Tiny Toes Baby Products, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in offering quality baby products and want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, feeding items, pacifiers, or personal care products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
